Digital Downloads
  • STL files are digital products made available after payment for CNC carving, 3D preparation, and bas relief projects.
  • Once a download is available in your account, refunds may be limited unless there is a technical issue with the file or an error with the order.
Technical Problems
  • If you cannot download a purchased CNC STL file, contact STL Relief with your order details.
  • If you believe a file is incorrect or corrupted, contact STL Relief so the issue can be investigated.
Duplicate Or Accidental Orders
  • The system guards against duplicate purchases and is designed to stop the same account from buying the same STL file more than once.
