STL Relief provides downloadable CNC STL files and bas-relief STL models through customer accounts.

Order and download information, including purchased STL files, order dates, totals, selected currency, Stripe checkout references, and download access records.
Cart information needed to hold STL files before checkout.

Support information, including admin notes recorded against customer accounts when needed to handle order, cart, download, or account support.

Full card numbers, card security codes, and card payment authorisation are handled by Stripe and are not stored by STL Relief.

We use your email address for account confirmation, password recovery, order-related messages, download access, and replies to contact form submissions.
Contact form submissions are emailed to STL Relief and may be logged as contact events to help diagnose delivery or validation issues.
